Sara Cremer, ACC, FRSA, Jo Nunn, MA, PCC and Hannah Saunders, ACC are Coaching Heads, combining their years of clinical, commercial and professional experience into coaching the midlife mind. Together they have created a five-step group coaching course on how to manage midlife transitions, called Made in Midlife.

Through this new five-step course we will help you to understand the opportunities that midlife presents. We’ll help you to know what’s important to you now, find your new purpose and direction, and boost your confidence. Our five session course helps you to clarify, plan and create your next life and work chapter. We use evidence­-based tools and powerful techniques to raise your awareness of what is holding you back from achieving your ambitions, using your skills, experience and fulfilling your potential.  This is a group coaching programme has a limited number of participants and involves some working together. The course will enable you to:

  • Manage midlife change and reinvent your purpose
  • Improve your relationship with yourself and others
  • Train your mind to get better results
  • Find your way forward
  • Explore new opportunities without over-committing
  • Feel better and more like yourself
  • Share the experience with other people in small groups /pods

One to One Coaching

Delivered in person or online

Individual coaching gives you the time and the tools to help you to find out where you are now, what you want next and how to take small, practical steps toward change. That change could be in the way you live your life, plan your career or conduct your relationships with family and friends. You will become aware of your own values, beliefs and drivers which underpin your actions – or even block them. Change is difficult and can be scary which is why it’s often so difficult to do on your own. We will be with you all the way to help you gain awareness, get movement, take action and discover the change you want is possible.
