I am an experienced board member, CEO, content strategist, editorial director and journalist with 26 years’ experience of building and leading teams and working with global media and bluechip companies. I have a very broad commercial background and understand the realities of working in complex organisations with many layers of ownership and leadership. Not only have I worked within these structures up to CEO level, I have also worked closely alongside many global clients with very complex internal and external communication, structural and strategic needs. I am now a qualified executive and personal coach, fully accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ACC). I grasp business context swiftly and will be able to deliver a highly personal, bespoke service which draws on both my industry and personal experience.
I have spoken and written publicly on mental health in the workplace, for Minds at Work, the Not a Red Card campaign and for BBDO Global. I am a trustee of The Maudsley Charity.

My educational and clinical background is in psychology, I have over twenty years of commercial experience, working with businesses worldwide as a consultant and coach. I also have small private practice where I see individual and couples as relationship therapist. Over the years, I have developed a powerful coaching system based on world class thinking from psychology, sports science, and neuroscience. I use this to help my clients think differently and support them through times of transition, change and relationship difficulties. I have been through several work and life transitions during my own midlife, and I understand just how challenging it can be to do this alone. In recent years I have really enjoyed facilitating several successful ‘midlife reset retreats’, and I remain committed to helping women create more opportunities for themselves, and to fulfil their potential

I am a career and executive coach and a former agency managing director and pitch specialist. I trained with world-renowned Barefoot Coaching and hold ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation. I have my own coaching practice and am an Associate with Coaching Heads.
I enable my clients to uncover their true career potential by spotlighting their unique strengths, personal qualities and past experience. My coaching has helped clients land new jobs, negotiate pay rises, or even follow their passion and launch a new business.
I’m no stranger to professional and personal change myself, having relocated from London to Hong Kong to launch and run a content marketing agency for three years. I took the leap into coaching on my return to the UK to have my son, Oscar (now three), and as a more ‘mature’ mum, find myself in the intriguing push-and-pull of building a business with a toddler!
I know what it’s like to experience a midlife career “What Next?” and understand some of the thoughts and feelings that can get stirred up along the way. My role as coach is to help my clients work through any self-limiting beliefs and challenges and come out the other side - with a renewed clarity, purpose and confidence.
