The best chance to become the real you

Jo Nunn, Professional Certified Coach (PCC)  and Sara Cremer, Associate Certified Coach (ACC) are Coaching Heads. They have teamed up to combine their years of clinical, professional and career experience into coaching the mid-life brain. After all, midlife is a once in a lifetime chance to become the real, and best you.

We help people to listen to their own wisdom. We believe that the head that has the problem also has the answer – if you learn to listen to it. We work with you to help that process. We become your personal thinking partner, your cheerleader, your support, your confidence builder and also sometimes the person who dishes out some tough love to help you to ask yourself the difficult questions! We’ll stand next to you with backbone and heart in equal measure and help you to move forward towards your personal best – quite simply to get better at being you and better at life.

Change in Midlife, is possible – and might even be essential. Far from being too late, midlife is the best time to reflect on and update your values and beliefs, goals and priorities – to rewrite the rules that don’t work for you anymore. As the psychologist Jung put it ‘you can’t live the afternoon of your life with the programme of the morning’.

An excellent and informative.  My identity, my fun, a lot of my relationships, as well as my creativity are all tied in with work. The group coaching helped me to understand my world better and to think through ‘What am I post work’?  It helped me to recognise my drivers.  The results were a surprise but were extremely revealing. In conclusion I probably took everything I was taught and equally applied it to my business and my personal life.”

JG, Entrepreneur

I was at a stage when I needed to stop, think and take stock. The programme  provided me with an excellent opportunity to think and explore the priorities in my life. It was delivered in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere. I came away with some invaluable tools to help me focus on the important aspects of my future working life

CS, NHS Senior Emergency Nurse

This programme was of huge benefit to me.  Space to think about the financial issues that can affect us as we get older, something that I knew I was avoiding and I have now started to address. Knowing that I have put the wheels in motion to sort my finances out is a huge weight off my shoulders!”

PS, Head Teacher

This opportunity for a midlife reset came along at the perfect time for me; my children are becoming more independent and needing less of my time and attention, my career was put on ice whilst child-rearing took precedence. It was great to step out of the daily grind and take a good look at what I could do to change things in my life and achieve some personal fulfilment. I loved the way the programme was structured, it really helped to support the process of thinking through all the relevant issues I was likely to face in choosing how to spend the next years. Great facilitation as well as enjoying the company of like- minded people sharing ideas, fears, knowledge and laughter.   A thoroughly enjoyable and enriching experience – to be highly recommended!“
